As Director of Key Accounts, your primary responsibility is managing account strategy for brands and retailers. You will: Oversee the development and execution of strategies and initiatives to drive sales and profitability Monitor market trends and sales with insight into brand performance through various channels Collaborate internally with brand management, marketing, and sales teams Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Determine sales targets, track performance, and identify opportunities for optimized results Analyze metrics, benchmarks, and results and use insights to drive strategic decision-making Identify and pursue business opportunities in alignment with key objectives Promote marketing activities to highlight and champion brands/accounts Negotiate terms with retailers to ensure the success of each brand Leverage launches and growth opportunities to drive market share Provide direct reports with mentorship, coaching, and support What you bring to the job

You are confident, collaborative, and capable of developing credibility and rapport. You thrive in developing and implementing creative strategies to drive brand awareness and sales. You are a team leader skilled in empowering your direct reports. You are adaptable, enjoy a challenge, and can use data insights to enhance account management. You also have: At least 7 years of experience in account management within the retail industry Experience as a team leader in brand management, sales, and marketing, ideally for multiple brands Exceptional relationship building/management with internal and external stakeholders High-level negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills Well-versed in the retail market/environment with a high volume of activity and a fast pace of working Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools as well as business intelligence (BI) systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to use data to understand brand performance and drive account management Additional information
