Overview
Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician to join a well-established Family Medicine/walk-in clinic in Dawson Creek. The community has several clinics that work cooperatively.
This practice would provide clinic-based Primary Care plus at least one of the following:
Long Term Care (LTC)
Surgical Assist
Oncology
Optional (only If Desired)
Maternity
Primary OB
Emergency (ED)

Position details
Dawson Creek and District Hospital is a full-service community hospital that provides service to Dawson Creek and surrounding communities. It has 31 acute care beds and 15 regional adult psychiatric beds. Services include:
24/7 emergency
HAU
Medical and surgical in-patient care
Day surgery
Orthopedic Surgery
General surgery
Respiratory therapy
Diabetic education
Primary care
Lab
Medical imaging with CT
Cancer care
