Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Manager, Solution Advisor
to lead a team of Solution Advisors (Pre-Sales Consultants) in delivering strategic, technical, and business value to our customers. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to drive customer success by aligning our solutions to client business goals and challenges.
This role requires strong leadership, customer engagement skills, and a deep understanding of our products and industry best practices. You will mentor your team, manage workload distribution, and support strategic sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Solution Advisors.
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Conduct regular performance reviews and support career development.
Sales Support & Strategy:
Partner with Sales to strategize and execute on key deals and opportunities.
Review and approve solution designs, proposals, and demonstrations.
Ensure alignment between customer needs and proposed solutions.
Create statements of work, rfps and project timelines
Customer Engagement:
Engage directly with strategic clients to understand business challenges.
Lead discovery sessions, presentations, and high-level solution workshops.
Act as an executive-level technical advisor in complex sales cycles.
Operational Excellence:
Manage team capacity, assignments, and project timelines.
Continuously optimize pre-sales processes and tools to increase effectiveness.
Track and report on team performance, win rates, and customer satisfaction.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to provide market feedback and influence roadmap development.
Align with Post-Sales/Delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s preferred.
6+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or similar customer-facing technical roles.
2+ years in a team leadership or managerial role.
Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or cloud-based technologies.
Proven experience in customer engagement, discovery, and solution development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
