The President will report to the EVP and is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance of the organization. This leader will ensure that our client remains a trusted and innovative partner to its customers, while driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and a strong company culture across its dealership network. Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and execute our client’s strategic plan, ensuring growth, profitability, and alignment with the company’s mission and values. Oversee operations across all locations, ensuring best-in-class sales, service, and customer experience. Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, customers, employees, and industry stakeholders. Drive operational efficiencies, financial health, and long-term competitiveness through effective planning and resource management. Champion innovation in products, services, and business processes, ensuring the company remains a leader in the evolving transportation and heavy equipment sector. Inspire and lead a high-performing leadership team and workforce, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and customer focus. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished executive with proven experience leading in the heavy equipment, transportation, automotive, industrial, or dealership sector. They bring a record of driving growth, leading complex operations, and building strong relationships with customers, employees, and partners. This role is based in the lower mainland of British Columbia, with regular travel across the company’s dealership network.
