The hiring salary for this Client Director will be in the $110K-$130K range. What will it entail?

Be the Client Service face of the agency for several key clients Plan and execute large, complex campaigns Be the main contact with clients helping launch products and projects, recommending strategies, writing briefs, proposing tactics, assessing and presenting creative solutions Work with internal functional teams (Creative/Strategy/Production) and external vendors to give clear reports on project finances, helping to deliver projects to the clients on budget and on time Ability to lead a cross-functional integrated, marketing communications team comprising of several agencies Plan, scope and manage integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Heads of Functions Bring strategic and marketing leadership skills. Strive to work with clients to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identifies/implements programs to help achieve client goals Ability to work across traditional print, digital, social and broadcast media Manage campaign and project budgets. Ensure financial process are being met and estimates are being completed in a timely fashion. This includes overall revenue, budget & financial accountability for the client(s) and their revenue streams. Who are we looking for?

Approximately 8+ years of related industry experience Experience as an agency account person with an understanding of the digital and social media space as well as the traditional platforms Demonstrated track record of client relationship development and service Experience managing and growing a team of direct reports Strong team player, ability to partner with creative team Strong knowledge or experience in account management/coordination, client/campaign strategy Consumer Electronics, Financial & Government industry experience is an asset Demonstrated ability to develop and execute project plans to ensure cost-effective and on-time completion. Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results A positive, can-do attitude that leads by example Drive the development of effective processes Strong leadership, social, interpersonal, selling and negotiation skills Ability to write reports, presentations, and general business correspondence Ability to independently problem solve Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills We enjoy unlimited PTO, 2 one week-long shutdowns (summer & winter), comprehensive benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan and an annual Learning Allowance. We are currently following a hybrid work model and come together in our Toronto office 3x a week (Tuesdays thru Thursdays). Due to the nature of our work and business, there may be requirements to be on-site/at clients/at shoots, on any given day, and employees acknowledge this as a priority.
