Vice President of Product

to lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of its flagship B2B platform. This high-impact role will oversee the core application layer, reimagine the customer experience with an AI-first approach, and build a scalable, next-generation product organization. In this executive leadership role, you’ll own the roadmap, drive AI innovation, and guide a cross-functional team in transforming the platform into the dominant solution in its market. With direct influence over the platform experience, this role offers the rare opportunity to shape the long-term product vision while delivering fast, measurable impact. Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and performance for the core SaaS platform. Lead the application layer experience across web and front-end capabilities. Champion AI-first thinking and identify opportunities for transformative innovation. Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and future leaders. Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and customer teams to ensure cross-functional success. Influence stakeholders and peers without direct authority. Balance short-term execution with long-term strategy and innovation. Represent product direction and progress with senior executives and partners. What You Bring

12+ years in B2B SaaS product management, with at least 5 years in a senior or VP-level leadership role. Experience owning complex, scalable, customer-facing platform products. Proven success in delivering AI-driven or data-rich solutions. Strong technical fluency and ability to lead architecture and API conversations. Background in fintech or financial SaaS is a strong asset. Experience in customer-facing or go-to-market roles preferred. Executive presence, resilience, and a clear bias for action.
