Job Description

Profitero+ is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director to lead omnichannel and retail media programs across Amazon and Canadian retailers. This role combines shopper marketing expertise with retail media execution to drive measurable client growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary client lead for Amazon and retail media programs, managing end-to-end strategy and execution across Retail Ops, Digital Shelf, Media, and Analytics. Translate shopper, channel, and category insights into actionable omnichannel marketing plans using Amazon Ads, AMC, and Canadian retail media platforms (Instacart, WMC, Advance, etc.). Map consumer journeys and define full-funnel media strategies with audience-specific messaging. Lead cross-functional teams and mentor direct reports to ensure excellence in delivery. Oversee flawless campaign execution and lead post-program performance reviews and insights delivery. Continuously evaluate market trends, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and client growth. Provide strategic POVs and thought leadership across Amazon and broader retail media landscape. Ensure financial stewardship around client scopes, staffing, and hours. Qualifications: 10+ years in commerce, shopper marketing, or retail media. 3–5+ years in Canadian retail landscape (Amazon, Loblaw, Walmart, Instacart, etc.). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field. Strong analytical, communication, and client leadership skills. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, integrated agency environments.
