Join our adept team of Business and Technology Consultants in our Advisory Services practice. As a member of our Advisory Services team, you will help solve a range of complex business challenges by advising clients across strategy, design, and transformation. You will collaborate with a wide variety of client stakeholders to understand their landscape and develop innovative solutions to move them forward. You will work with clients ranging from fast-paced start-ups to large global institutions to solve their toughest challenges.

Responsibilities

Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams Develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field Proven experience delivering business or IT projects in a consulting context Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner Impactful leadership and management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams Deep understanding of financial services domain is considered an asset
