Qualifications
Experience in Trucking (preferably fluid hauling)
Proven success in a management role of a company with 100+ employees.
Highly organized individual with attention to detail
Willingness to travel, on occasion
Outstanding leadership skills
Knowledge of business practices (Finance, HR, Operations)
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company
Design strategy and set goals for growth
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
Set policies and processes, in collaboration with other managers
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Oversee recruitment for all divisions
Evaluate and improve operations and performance
Prepare regular reports for the President
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues (e.g., profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
