Senior Global People Consultant

to join our team, to provide strategic consultative support and advice to people managers primarily those with large global teams. Responsibilities Provide leader and manager consultation and coaching across multiple HR disciplines utilizing established coaching principles and talent management expertise to help people managers identify short- and long-term plans and solutions Work with people managers to quickly diagnose unique talent needs and perform effective assessment and analysis based on initial intake Use data and analytics to educate and inform decisions Partner with COEs to design, deploy, drive adoption, and offer guidance on established people programs and initiatives Understand divisional people plans across multiple divisions to help advise on broad and scalable manager enablement strategies, including organizational design, workforce planning, change management and team dynamics, applied at a team or situational level Support leaders and managers in building a high-performing organization that is aligned to total rewards and recognition of performance levels Ensure a safe and open environment, where diverse perspectives are valued and appreciated. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 8-10+ years of HR experience (at least 5+ years of HRBP or HR Consultant experience supporting leaders with global teams) Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including organizational design, change management, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, culture keeper, employee engagement, coaching/development, talent management, conflict resolution, data analysis, employee relations Advanced coaching and influencing experience and a consultative mindset with the ability to ask the right questions to diagnose an issue quickly and accurately Proven ability to take business goals/priorities and translate them into initiatives while prioritizing and targeting the work that matters most Preferred Qualifications Project Management and/or Program Management experience Relevant experience in tech or software industry Formal coaching accreditation Ability to travel 2-4 times per year Diversity & Belonging We take pride in cultivating a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive.
