Director, Product Management

Fraud and chargebacks disrupt the payments ecosystem. The Director, Product Management will help define and lead the business strategy and implementation for the product portfolio. This includes competitive analysis, pricing evaluation, and understanding market readiness. You will work with product, customer delivery, marketing, and sales leadership worldwide to define requirements, KPIs and success criteria, and guide business architecture and go-to-market execution. This position reports to the Vice President of Product.
Responsibilities
Lead the rapid evolution of business and competitive strategy, ensuring the value proposition is fully delivered
Take a data-driven approach to competitive analysis, pricing evaluation, and regional market needs; identify opportunities and contribute to the product roadmap; prioritize work to deliver key outcomes
Leverage data and dashboards to identify performance challenges and recommend action plans
Define measures, KPIs, and success criteria to monitor business health
Establish and maintain strong two-way communication with go-to-market teams, partners, and customers
Monitor and assess risk of existing and emerging competitive solutions; differentiate core capabilities to maintain competitive advantage
Develop clear, data-driven business cases for significant new growth investments
Incorporate understanding of the broader payments ecosystem (regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment) into ongoing product management
All About You
Prior experience defining business strategy; experience in a business consulting or related role is a bonus
Experience in Payments, Card Fraud, Ecommerce, or Financial Services; understanding of a 1-to-many Payment Partnership landscape is a bonus
Experience developing long-range and strategic plans and identifying organizational strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
Ability to hit the ground running with an action-oriented, execution-focused approach
Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who drives continuous improvement
Experience with Data Analysis tools and analysis of operational data to support decisions
Broad technical knowledge and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
