Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Experience
Two years previous secretarial experience required.
Must have excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
Must be able to function independently and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Complete high school education, Manitoba standards required.
Successful completion of a recognized secretarial program required.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Certification/Licensure/Registration

Qualifications and Skills
Typing 50 wpm required.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access) required.
Medical terminology required (pass mark 75%).
Physical Requirements
