Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a friendly and inclusive environment
Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff and ensuring efficient store operations
Help foster a positive, community-driven atmosphere in line with the café's values
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced café environment
A passion for coffee and customer service
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Leadership potential with a desire to grow into an Assistant Store Manager role
A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic
