The Data Ecosystem team aligns product behavior and data across our products. We are seeking a highly motivated and technical Senior Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Data Ecosystem services and capabilities.
This role can be performed from one of our Canadian offices in a hybrid setting twice per week or remotely from Canada or from the US. Some exceptions may apply.
What you’ll work on
As a Senior Product Manager on the Data Ecosystem team, you will own the strategy and execution for how we unify and connect our multi-product experiences.
Strategic Product Leadership: Develop and execute a product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Data Ecosystem, aligning with Clio's objectives and customer needs.
Depth & Breadth: understand customer needs across the whole Clio product suite and determine how best to solve these issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product changes.
Product development and lifecycle management
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with customers and other Clio product teams to gather insights, feedback, and requirements that inform development.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment across departments and clear communication of goals and milestones.
Your experience
Over 4 years of experience in product management within tech, with a track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms.
Experience building technical products.
Strong business and metrics focus.
Experience conducting user research and using data to inform product decisions that enhance user experience.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive initiatives forward.
Growth mindset regarding process improvement and new technologies, especially AI.
Bonus points
Prior founder and entrepreneurial experience.

The full salary range for this role is CAD 137,500 to CAD 186,100, with location-based adjustments. Salary bands may differ by region and local currency. Final offer depends on experience and skillset.
