About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director Project/Program Manager
to lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that will require the delivery of digital, content, experiential, and print assets from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities:
Drive and monitor discrete campaigns end-to-end by setting and facilitating ongoing status meetings, capturing detailed and actionable notes, reporting to the project team, and keeping relevant stakeholders accountable for their deliverables.
Define and manage timelines based on project scope by developing timelines for different relevant audiences, conducting ongoing timeline management, and aligning on trade offs with key stakeholders at project start if working on a compressed timeline.
Manage campaigns at a macro level by ensuring sub-deliverables that ladder to the macro timeline are managed by the appropriate internal stakeholders and serving as the primary POC to agency project managers.
Manage scope, schedules, budget, resources, and dependencies throughout the campaign by developing a campaign hub & central drives, trackers for assets, budget, and feedback, and maintaining toolkits, playbooks, master creative deck, etc. and other project resources.
Align teams and stakeholders on collective vision and outcomes by providing ongoing and frequent communication of project status, outlining priority tasks and responsible parties, and informing on key milestones and purpose for deliverables through daily and weekly status sheets.
Lead escalation and risk management / mitigation by assessing project status and deadlines, flagging risks, and proactively providing mitigation plans.
Establish and create processes based on best practices and designed for specific programs to develop optimal results and drive efficiencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership on ideating, strategizing, and implementing new ways of working and operations to ensure campaigns and steps are efficient and effective.
About You
The essentials:
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Program Manager or Account Manager, preferably at a top tier full service advertising agency and/or in-house brand/creative studio
Experience managing the timely execution of end-to-end integrated campaigns that require production of custom content featuring macro / micro talent on brief and on budget
Proven ability to be proactive and manage risks and navigate solutions throughout the program lifecycle. And communicating risks with solutions to stakeholders to gain alignment.
Self-starter with a natural ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high standards of output including a strong attention to detail and expert organizational skills
Strong familiarity with program management software, methodologies, and best practices
Familiarity delivering assets to fill paid, owned, and earned media plans that include a diverse set of units for social platforms
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and navigate change with ethnically and culturally diverse teams.
Experience with branding project is a plus.
What We Offer
Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.
Salary Range $90,000—$100,000 CAD
