At SENER we know that, with the right people on board, everything is possible. We are looking for a Systems Interface Lead to join our team in our downtown Toronto office. Responsibilities

Lead the Systems Interface team in a major D&B Transit contract as an individual contributor requiring technical knowledge. Manage full team of engineers and discipline managers on a wide range of transportation projects (LRT, Metro, Railways, etc.). Direct the deployment of an integrated environment to control the Systems throughout the complete lifecycle of the project (Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning, Entry into revenue service/early operation). Lead, manage, coordinate, monitor, supervise and review the preparation and delivery of contract deliverables (reports, analyses, specifications, procedures, estimates, presentations, etc.), company procedures, etc. Familiar with the different aspects of Systems Interface:

Requirements Management and Traceability Interfaces Management and Resolution Verification & Validation Change Management Configuration Management RAM Integration Management Safety Integration Management Systems Integration and Testing Handover Support and Systems Performance Demonstration

Review design criteria, specifications, drawings, equipment submittals, and other documentation for early identification of potential gaps. Interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors and owners’ agents as needed; execute project assignments; interact with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians; interface with engineering, design, and other facets of the company. Independently develop a process to generate status reports, metrics and documents. Qualifications

10-15 years’ experience in Systems Interface. Experience in LRT, Metro or Railway projects. Must be local to the Toronto area. Have a view of, and perform a practical implementation of, a holistic top-down systems engineering approach that considers the System as a whole. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering. Desirable experience in rail/transit operations and maintenance. Willingness to learn, develop and apply new techniques, standards, and processes. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Excellent organizational, multi-task, time management and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Requirement Management tools: DOORS NG, Comply Pro, etc. Ability to develop non-standard solutions and work in a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and self-organize efficiently. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and third parties. Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365. Business fluency in English, both written and verbal. INCOSE Certification is a nice to have. Seniority level
