Job Summary:

Seeking a strategic CFO to lead financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability. Provide financial forecasting and long-term planning. Financial Operations & Management: Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance. Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and strong internal controls. Leadership & Team Management: Mentor the finance team and foster interdepartmental collaboration. Evaluate investment opportunities and lead fundraising efforts. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years in senior financial roles; CPA or CFA is a plus. Strong leadership and communication skills.
