Menno Home is a 40-bed long-term care facility located in Grunthal, MB, just 40 minutes south of Winnipeg and 20 minutes outside Steinbach, MB.

Job Description Menno Home is currently recruiting physicians to oversee the medical services for the Personal Care Home. The Designated Physician(s) will be responsible for:

Supervision of residents' medical care

Examination of residents as required by their condition

Collaborating with nursing staff and providing 24/7 on-call medical consultation

Adhering to policies outlined in the Physician Services in Personal Care Homes document

Qualifications

Eligibility for registration and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba

Membership or eligibility for membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association

Criminal record and adult abuse checks

Ability to meet job demands

English language proficiency

Willingness to respect the home's faith-based mission, vision, and values

Compensation Remuneration is based on an Independent Contract practice as per Doctors Manitoba Agreement. Benefits are not included but can be purchased if desired.
