Our Client is a leading national law firm. Responsibilities Advise clients on private fund formation, investments, and private equity transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, financings, secondary deals). Draft and negotiate agreements and transactional documents in both French and English. Work closely with partners and national teams. Contribute to cross-border matters across a range of sectors (TMT, infrastructure, health care, energy transition). Take part in business development initiatives and firm life with a spirit of collegiality. Requirements Member in good standing of the Québec Bar. Relevant experience in private funds, venture capital, corporate/M&A, or corporate finance. Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written. Strong business sense and ability to advise an institutional and sophisticated sponsor clientele. Genuine interest in contributing to a fast-growing practice in Québec. Seniority level:
