Job Description

Shared Health, Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, and The University of Manitoba, Department of Internal Medicine, are inviting applications for a physician to fill our labour shortage in Manitoba. Main job duties include diagnose and treatment of diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, ordering lab tests and x-rays and other diagnostic procedures, consulting with other physicians as required. This position includes an academic appointment within the Section of Endocrinology. The Section has a strong commitment to the provision of clinical services, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and basic and clinical research. Description:

Diagnose and treatment of diseases Prescribing medications and treatment Ordering lab tests and x-rays and other diagnostic procedures Consulting with other physicians as required Qualifications:

Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in endocrinology Eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Eligible for registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba Compensation:

Compensation is derived from fee-for-service income. Specialty Physicians may be eligible for a recruitment incentive. Primary Site Location:
