PE-backed company in the 3PL sector , is seeking a

Vice President, Supply Chain . The successful candidate will be based at the company’s head office in Toronto and will take on a

senior leadership role overseeing the end-to-end supply chain function . This position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization at a pivotal stage of its evolution and to shape the future of its supply chain strategy. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full supply chain function, including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Partner closely with the executive team to design and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Lead transformation initiatives aimed at strengthening supplier relationships, optimizing inventory management, and enhancing service levels. Develop and mentor high-performing teams across multiple locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between business strategy and supply chain operations. Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (advanced degree is an asset). 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in 3PL or distribution-intensive environments. Proven experience as a Vice President of Supply Chain, with prior experience as a Director of Manufacturing & Supply Chain. PE-backed company experience is required. Proven track record of success in Manufacturing, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Demonstrated success in leading supply chain organizations through growth or transformation phases. Strong business acumen with expertise in vendor negotiations, cost management, and process improvement. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across executive and operational teams. Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
