Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join our Executive Leadership Team. As CFO, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring sustainable long-term success. You’ll work closely with our CIO and senior leaders to guide key decisions that impact every part of the organization. What We’re Really Looking For

You’ve built or led companies where

after-tax ROIC exceeded 25% You operate like a

capital allocator —not just a budget manager You’ve run finance like a

value creation lab , not a cost center You’re comfortable navigating and deploying

float-based revenue models , presale cash flows, and deferred revenue structures You bring a

mini-CEO mindset —able to zoom from balance sheet to bar shift Cultural Alignment Matters

This isn’t a back-office role - you’ll: Participate in
