Are you ready to step into a senior leadership role where you’ll oversee tax strategy for a complex, multi-entity group with operations that span multiple industries and geographies?
We’re seeking a Senior Tax Manager (CPA) who can balance the technical side of tax compliance with forward-looking advisory and planning work. This is an opportunity to work closely with executives, shape tax strategy, and mentor a growing team — while contributing to the long-term success of a highly diversified organization.
Why This Role?
Gain exposure to complex corporate structures, international considerations, and large-scale transactions.
Take a seat at the table, advising senior leaders on tax strategy, risk, and planning.
Lead a talented team while influencing processes across the wider finance function.
Play a key role in shaping the company’s approach to tax in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of corporate and indirect tax compliance across multiple entities.
Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions and ensure reporting accuracy.
Advise senior leadership on tax-efficient structures, business transactions, and strategic opportunities.
Partner with external advisors on audits, reorganizations, and cross-border matters.
Build, coach, and develop a high-performing tax team.
Lead process improvements and implement best practices in compliance and planning.
What You Bring:
CPA designation with 7+ years of progressive corporate tax experience, including leadership.
Advanced technical knowledge of Canadian corporate tax; exposure to international issues is a strong asset.
Proven experience advising senior leaders on tax planning and compliance strategies.
Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.
High-level exposure to complex transactions, structures, and strategy.
A chance to play a key leadership role in a growing and diversified organization.
A supportive, forward-thinking culture where innovation and professional growth are encouraged.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
