Executive Director, CSO Infotek Consulting Services Data Architect (IT Architect IV) Location:

Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid – 3 days in office) Start Date:

Until February 26, 2026 (with potential extension or conversion to full-time) Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week (9am–5pm or 8am–4pm) Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise data solutions. Focus on leveraging the Azure Data Platform, Azure Databricks, and the Informatica product suite to enable seamless integration, improve business operations, and support digital transformation initiatives. Assess current operations, tools, and processes to evaluate maturity and identify improvements. Develop a roadmap for efficient and consistent tool usage across the organization. Design scalable, secure, and highly available data solutions aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with IT, marketing, sales, and customer service teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure system integration, reliability, and compliance with best practices. Apply data analytics to evaluate strategy effectiveness and recommend enhancements. Maintain thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and integrations. Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT architecture and enterprise data solutions. Proven track record designing and implementing complex IT and digital marketing solutions. Expertise in large-scale deployments, application systems design, and system integration. Strong background in cloud computing, operations contact center systems, and digital marketing technologies. Experience with AWS Connect, Salesforce, and Adobe Experience Manager. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications

Certifications in AWS, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Manager, or ITILv3. Knowledge of relational data structures, data warehousing methodologies, and advanced data practices. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Why Join
