Overview
Bilingual Litigation Lawyer — Salary based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct legal research, assess cases, identify issues, and develop strategies
Draft legal documents for court proceedings
Represent clients in hearings, trials, and mediations
Conduct discovery, execution, and cross-examinations
Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution
Offer legal advice, address concerns, and protect client interests
Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law
Uphold ethics and confidentiality
Qualifications
3+ years of experience practicing as a Litigation Lawyer in Canada
Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Ability to be both a self-starter and team player
Engaged in business development
Excellent technical skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
