As General Manager, you’ll play a key role in upholding this vision — ensuring that both our brides and our staff feel cared for, respected, and inspired every step of the way. What You’ll Do As the General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the boutique — guiding the team, ensuring smooth operations, and always keeping the bride’s experience at the forefront. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering an

exceptional client experience , handling any concerns with empathy and professionalism. Fostering a client-first environment

where every bride feels supported and celebrated. Building meaningful connections with clients, ensuring their journey is memorable from start to finish. Leading the

hiring, training, and development

of staff, including hosting

weekly team meetings

to align and inspire. Overseeing daily administration to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Monitoring

special orders

to guarantee gowns arrive on time. Motivating the team to achieve

sales goals

while maintaining the boutique’s warm culture. Managing budgets and expenses responsibly. Keeping our

Google reviews and reputation

strong by ensuring every client leaves happy. Maintaining accurate

inventory management . Collaborating with the owners to

set goals and expectations , and presenting regular reports. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is both a leader and a mentor — someone who knows when to speak up with confidence and set clear expectations, but also when to listen with care and understanding. Qualifications include: Experience in management within retail fashion or bridal. Strong communication skills — able to be both direct and compassionate depending on the situation. A natural leader who motivates and supports others while holding them accountable. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage budgets.
