AtkinsRéalis is dedicated to engineering to a better future for our planet and its people.**We are seeking a **Senior Process Engineer** to support our M&M business.* Act as Lead Process Engineer on projects or studies.* Engage with clients to understand project requirements.* Process scope definition and technology selection.* Undertake trade off studies to resolve options.* Identify, scope and manage process test work (on site or laboratory based).* Conduct capacity analysis for existing plants.* Select and size the equipment for projects including the development of specification sheets.* Provide frequent training, guidance and supervision to junior colleagues.* Develop and supervise typical engineering deliverables (process design criteria, mass and heat balances, design of process flow diagrams, P&IDs and process control logic).Because we offer:* The opportunity to work on various major projects for internal and external clients.* An exciting environment where work-life balance is important.* A wide array of learning and development opportunities.* Competitive pay, flexible benefits, an employee share plan, and a defined contribution pension plan.* A work environment focused on health and safety.**Requirements:*** B.S. or M.S. in Engineering. M.S. or graduate level technical coursework preferred.* 15 years of related experience since bachelor’s or 14 years since Master's. Typical incumbent has 20+ years of experience.* Strong persuasive ability, technical writing and communications skills are expected at this level, proven through technical presentations, technical papers and/or participation in technical committees.* P.E. license is required.* Solid knowledge and experience in Gold extraction and process.* Ability to supervise all process deliverables.AtkinsRéalis cares about your privacy.
