Purpose
Join a high-performing team at Scotia Wealth Management Partnerships, where your analytical expertise will drive strategic initiatives and enhance the client and partner experience across Canada. As
Manager, Partnerships Analytics & Insights , you will play a key role in supporting business development through insightful reporting, data analysis, and dashboard creation. Your work will directly impact the performance of Wealth Management Consultants, Regional Managers, and Canadian Banking partners.
Responsibilities
Data & Reporting Excellence
Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly performance reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Oracle, and SQL.
Create tools to identify high-priority prospects and support coaching conversations for regional leaders.
Troubleshoot discrepancies in closed business results and ensure data integrity.
Salesforce & Process Optimization
Provide subject matter expertise and support on Salesforce usage and reporting.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance adoption and functionality.
Anchor Salesforce as a core tool for tracking referrals and performance.
Strategic Support & Communication
Support the Partnerships team with performance tracking, financial analysis, and trending insights.
Assist in annual planning, including forecasting, market analysis, and budget coordination.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
Relationship Management
Foster strong relationships with Retail, Business, and Commercial Banking partners, as well as Scotia Wealth Management advisory teams.
Provide day-to-day support for referral tracking and lead management across 900+ branches.
Ad Hoc & Investigative Support
Resolve referral investigations and collaborate with Finance, Business Intelligence, and other teams to ensure timely adjustments and credits.
Contribute to a high-performance and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
University degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Experience with SQL, Oracle, and large data sets.
Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of Canadian Banking, Wealth Management, and Commercial Banking sectors.
Asset to have experience in UI or UX field.
