We are seeking a physician interested in flexible hours, ideally 8–16 hours per week. Scheduling can be tailored, with shifts offered in 4-hour or 8-hour blocks, depending on availability. The Opportunity We are seeking Primary Care Physicians to provide high-quality virtual care to patients across Canada. You will leverage our award-winning VirtualCare platform and our digital-first model to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care. This role is ideal for physicians who are motivated to embrace technology to reduce barriers to access, increase efficiency, and enhance the patient experience. This is a part-time role (approx. 4 hours per week) with flexible hours. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive virtual care consultations with patients via video, audio, and secure chat. Provide diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of primary care conditions. Efficiently utilize our VirtualCare platform to standardize care and streamline documentation. Issue and manage prescriptions, lab requisitions, and specialist referrals digitally. Collaborate with a diverse, interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our virtual care services and clinical workflows. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Current and unrestricted license to practice in a Canadian province. Registration with the Atlantic Registry is preferred. Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP). Demonstrated experience in a primary care setting. Proficiency with digital health technologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. A passion for patient-centered care and a belief in the power of technology to improve health outcomes.
