We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Referral & Growth Partnerships Specialist to join our team at Durable. Our mission at Durable is to make owning a business easier than having a job. We build AI that does the work for you, with the goal of owning the DIFY (Do It For You) small business category. About the role: This role focuses on referral marketing, affiliate programs, and strategic growth partnerships. You will own the channels that drive customers to us before they ever visit our website, including scaling our customer referral program, recruiting and managing affiliates, and building our presence on review sites. Supercharge our referral program by taking ownership of our existing Dub referral platform and scaling it from side-of-the-desk work to key acquisition channel Test different incentive structures, offers, and campaigns to maximize referral revenue Create systems that make it dead simple for happy customers to share Durable Build viral loops into the product experience – turn every success into a referral opportunity Responsibilities: Own Our Presence Everywhere That Matters, including ensuring we're listed, reviewed, and ranked highly on relevant platforms Build systems to generate authentic positive reviews at scale Get Durable featured in 'best of' lists, comparison guides, and tool roundups Partner with our SEO expert to ensure we show up in both Google and AI search results Requirements: 4+ years experience in growth, partnerships, and/or affiliate marketing Proven track record of building successful partnership programs that drove real revenue Active in online communities and understanding of how influence really works Ability to slide into anyone's DMs and start a real conversation Hustle to do things that don't scale until you figure out what does What we offer: Comprehensive Benefits: Health and dental coverage to support your well-being Home Office Stipend: Receive a stipend to create a comfortable and productive workspace Professional Development: Opportunities like conferences, courses, and speaking engagements Team Events: Connect with your colleagues through retreats and team-building activities Equipment: Company-provided laptop and the tools you need to succeed Location and Compensation: Ideal candidates are based in Vancouver, with a base salary range of $90,000-120,000 CAD, plus equity.
