The

Manager, Strategy & Transformation

role supports all aspects of strategic storytelling for the Global Operations GenAI & Automation initiatives as well as opportunity identification and business casing for future opportunities within the Global Operations team. The role reports to the Head of Transformation and involves analysis, leadership reporting and presentations, and execution of strategic projects (including building GenAI POCs). The role requires building strong internal partner relationships globally to promote performance across existing and new strategic goals.

About the team The Global Operations Strategy team is responsible for integrated strategic planning and management across all operations teams to achieve global ambitions. The team collaborates with leaders in Finance, Marketing, Contact Centres, HR, Procurement and other strategy groups to deliver an excellent customer experience across strategic pillars (Digitization and Automation, Customer Obsession, Managing with Rigour and Global Footprint).

Position Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic storytelling and business casing for transformation initiatives, including data-driven insight generation.

Support board reporting and other executive internal/external reporting functions.

Propose methods to improve against highly visible strategic KPI’s and objectives.

Provide analytical support and oversee project execution for strategic initiatives.

Leverage internal support partners to enable achievement of Global Operations goals (Marketing, Digital, Finance, HR, Talent, Risk).

Collaborate with different teams and levels of management to build relationships and business knowledge.

Fulfill a business advisory role in supporting management across Operations in strategy development.

Manage complexity across a range of issues—prioritize and manage competing initiatives; challenge the status quo and suggest alternative approaches.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of related strategy experience from strategy consulting, financial institutions, or similar roles.

Self-starter and team player with initiative and strong work ethic.

Exceptional ability to gather data, synthesize, organize, and analyze in Excel and finalize the executive story in PowerPoint/Word.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to engage with different levels of leadership and influence partners.

Resilient delivery mindset with strong execution focus.

Self-directed, organized, and able to work with complexity.

Flexible, steady under pressure, and able to switch gears.

Collaborative and transparent working style.

Comfort in leading and influencing without formal authority.

Working Arrangement Hybrid

Salary range $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
