Responsibilities Reporting to the EVP, you will lead a team of seven direct reports. If you are currently a Senior Project Professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise project delivery and leadership, this role would be ideal for you. The Vice President of Construction will oversee multiple projects from drawing development to post-turnover customer care, working closely with senior management to support company goals. If you thrive working with consultants and directing a Construction Manager or General Contractor to ensure projects meet design specifications, budgets, and schedules, then you will succeed in this role.
