Overview
At Quickplay, we believe in transparency, fairness, and collaboration while we work on OTT video at scale and resilience. We are seeking a VP, Global Marketing responsible for marketing strategy and execution, working closely with Quickplay’s founding team. This role is ideal for someone who can excel as both a leader and individual contributor, capable of building and managing a team while also being hands-on in deliverables. In this role, you will have a small team and will leverage Quickplay’s resources across departments as well as external resources and agencies to achieve goals. The role requires domain expertise across multiple marketing disciplines, including strategy, product marketing, storytelling, and event execution. Experience in tech B2B marketing is required; OTT technology experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies to capture global business opportunities with Tier 1 Sports, Entertainment, and MVPDs/operators.
Leverage industry trends and insights within OTT and tech to position our solutions and our sales teams effectively.
Collaborate with product, local sales teams, and solution engineering to build and deliver product GTM strategies, including all sales support materials. Focus on product differentiation, storytelling, translating technical components for multiple audiences, and ROI for potential targets.
Own brand execution across all owned channels (site, social media), client and prospect communications, events and outreach.
Oversee publicity, conferences, webinars, and related communications activities.
Execute marketing strategies, including email campaigns, to drive TOFU activity, advance the sales funnel, and increase client engagement leading to new revenue opportunities.
Create and manage the marketing budget; develop tools to track ROI.
Support internal departments to ensure consistent brand implementation.
Establish strong relationships with key partners (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to drive Quickplay brand prominence at events and within their organizations; strategically partner to amplify messaging.

Multidisciplinary experience across marketing strategy, product marketing, GTM, communications, and events; emphasis on marketing strategy, product marketing, and GTM.
Strong narrative skills to enable sales, solution engineering, and business development in the field.
Experience driving creative executions across marketing videos, events, etc., and a hands-on approach to deliverables.
Deep understanding of the OTT value chain and industry drivers in content creation, delivery, and distribution for sports, entertainment, and MVPDs;
Knowledge of OTT business models and emerging technologies to present and sell solutions aligned with market trends.
Stays informed on industry shifts to adjust sales strategies as needed.
