Solutions Architect

About the role

As a Solutions Architect at PureFacts, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that align with our clients’ business goals. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, developers, and client stakeholders—to architect solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and drive measurable value. What you'll do

Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for enterprise clients in the financial services sector. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs. Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support scalable and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with best practices. Provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, including solution presentations and proposal development. Ensure solutions comply with security, regulatory, and data privacy standards. Document architecture decisions, system designs, and integration patterns. Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a solutions architecture role and ideally within fintech or wealth management companies. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. Strong understanding the .NET technology stack. Experience with financial services or wealth management platforms is a strong asset. Strong understanding of highly scalable Database systems and architectures Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead technical discussions and influence decision-making. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or financial reporting systems. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Understanding of QA Automation frameworks on a microservice architecture. Knowledge of latest LLM capabilities & AI frameworks(e.g. OpenAI API, Langchain, etc..)
