Responsibilities

Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targets

Create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a team

Be the face to the community in the area your store operates

Develop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top‑of‑mind awareness for Mobile Klinik

Lead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best‑in‑class repair, care, sales, and services

Develop expert‑level knowledge and lead the execution of the store processes, policies, and procedures

Manage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre‑owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectively

Working hours and locations

Work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends

Hours vary by location and time of year

Base Salary: $42,000 - $53,000 Bonus Pay: Monthly bonuses based on scorecard
