Technical Expertise

10+ years

of experience as an

Application / Technical Architect , with a strong focus on

batch job architecture, design, and optimization

Proven ability to

design, refactor, and modernize complex batch ecosystems

for scalability, fault tolerance, and performance

Strong experience defining

batch frameworks, architectural standards, and governance models

for large-scale applications

Hands‑on proficiency with

batch job technology stack , including:

Java

Shell scripting

Extensive experience with

enterprise job scheduling tools

such as

Autosys, Control‑M , or equivalent

Strong hands‑on experience with

Oracle databases , including performance tuning and optimization strategies

Solid understanding of

file I/O analysis , performance profiling, exception handling, and recovery mechanisms in batch environments

Knowledge of

capacity planning , resource optimization, and

high‑availability / resiliency strategies

Excellent

communication and stakeholder management

skills

Ability to

lead technical workshops , architecture reviews, and solution design sessions

Proven experience

mentoring and guiding development teams

Strong

documentation and presentation skills , able to communicate effectively with both

technical teams and executive stakeholders
