Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Compensation:
$25 to $30 per hour depending on experience.
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced
Bilingual Accounts Receivable Clerk
to join their finance team. The successful candidate will manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio, communicate professionally with customers in both
French and English , and demonstrate strong collections expertise.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and confident working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and reconcile a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio of
200+ Client accounts per week
Perform
collections activities , including follow-ups on overdue accounts via phone and email
Communicate clearly and professionally with Clients across Canada in
both French & English
Apply cash receipts, post payments, and resolve payment discrepancies
Monitor customer credit limits and aging reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
Investigate and resolve billing issues and disputes in a timely manner
Prepare AR reports and provide updates to management as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience
in an Accounts Receivable role
Fluently bilingual in French and English
(spoken and written) (French 50% / English 50%)
Strong collections experience , including managing delinquent accounts
Proven experience handling
high-volume accounts
(200+ per week)
Hands-on experience with
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Solid understanding of accounts receivable processes and best practices
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional and customer-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
