What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Support the development and implementation of a Global Belonging Council, contributing to governance, coordination, and ongoing operations

Conduct benchmarking and industry research to inform the evolution of the Culture & Belonging strategy

Analyze and interpret people and program data to surface trends and insights that inform strategy and programming

Collaborate with Employee Belonging Group leaders to ensure alignment and shared ownership across the organization

Assist in planning, executing, and facilitating workshops, events, and divisional offsites

What is Required (Qualifications):

4+ years of experience in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging; organizational culture; learning & development; or related fields

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience supporting or managing programs within a global or matrixed organization

Ability to analyze and draw insights from people data

Engaging communicator and presenter, able to convey ideas clearly and credibly
