Job Description
Lead from the sales floor, selling alongside the team and modeling exceptional service
Coach the team in consultative selling, service standards, and client relationship building
Set daily priorities through opening meetings and clear communication of goals
Drive achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding the client base
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing, engaged team
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive work environment
Store Operations
Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, zoning, and coverage
Partner with Buying and Visual teams to support strong merchandise flow and presentation
Maintain inventory accuracy, visual standards, and operational organization
Ensure daily reporting, cash controls, and operational procedures are followed
Requirements
A hands‑on retail leader with experience in fashion, luxury, specialty, or consignment environments
A strong people manager who leads with warmth, structure, and accountability
Highly service‑oriented with a natural ability to build client loyalty and trust
Organized, detail‑driven, and comfortable balancing floor leadership with operational responsibility
Passionate about fashion, resale, sustainability, and elevated customer experiences
This role is well suited to a Store Manager who takes pride in leading from the floor, developing strong teams, and delivering a consistently exceptional retail experience in a highly curated environment.
