Job Description
We are looking for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to provide first-level technical support and ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Install, test, and repair computing equipment and peripherals
Perform start-up and commissioning of systems at customer sites
Manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
Handle access management and change requests according to company policies
Prepare and maintain documentation of service reports and maintenance activities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and basic networking
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Work Arrangement
Primary location: Chinatown Point or Goldhill Plaza
Occasional visits to 6 Marsiling Lane office
