Relevant d'un membre de l'quipe de projet, l'administrateur(trice) de projet sera responsable du soutien des activits quotidiennes sur le chantier.
Vos responsabilits :
Apprendre, interprter et appliquer les politiques, rgles et rglementations de l'organisation
Suivre, enregistrer et rapporter la prsence de tout le personnel du site, les indemnits de service et les indemnits de vhicule
Grer les factures et les acheminer aux services concerns pour approbation
Ouvrir des comptes auprs des fournisseurs locaux pour les articles divers ncessaires au site
Participer la cration et la soumission des factures de projet
Coordonner et prparer les dossiers de projet, y compris les demandes de localisation, les permis et les matriaux
Assurer et participer la rdaction des rapports d'accident
Accueillir tous les visiteurs avec courtoisie et professionnalisme
Maintenir un systme de classement organis sur le site
Effectuer toute autre tche connexe
Mouvements rptitifs (saisie de donnes)
Position assise prolonge
Dplacements sur les diffrents sites requis

Vos atouts :
Minimum de 5 ans dexprience dans le domaine de ladministration; exprience dans le domaine de la construction un atout.
Excellentes aptitudes la communication crite et orale (prparation et prsentation) Relecture et correction de documents
La matrise de SAP est un atout
Capacit faire preuve de discrtion concernant les informations confidentielles et/ou personnelles
Capacit travailler efficacement sous pression et respecter les chances avec assurance et srnit
Capacit grer plusieurs tches simultanment et prioriser sa charge de travail, en assumant diverses responsabilits (organisation de runions, messages tlphoniques, correspondance, etc.)
Capacit travailler de faon autonome et en quipe
Capacit voluer dans un environnement dynamique
Interactions professionnelles avec tous les niveaux hirarchiques de l'organisation, du personnel de premire ligne la haute direction
Attitude toujours polie et professionnelle
Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel et PowerPoint)

Reporting to a member of the Project Team, the Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the job site.
What You'll Do Here:
Learn, interpret, and applies organizational policies, rules, and regulations
Tracks, records and reports attendance of all site personnel, board allowance and vehicle allowance
Handle invoices with respect to distribution to appropriate departments for approval
Establishes accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous items for the site
Assists with the creation and submission of project billing
Coordinates and prepares job packages including locates, permits, materials
Ensures and assists in the completion of accident reports
Meets and greets all visitors in a positive friendly manner
Maintains an organized filing system on site
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
Repetitive movement (data entry)
Prolonged sedentary positioning
Travel to site locations will be required

What You Bring to the Team:
Degree or diploma in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is preferred
Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents)
Experience working with SAP is an asset
Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines with poise and confidence
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload, handling various job responsibilities at once (arranging meetings, phone messages, correspondence, etc.)
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
Ablility to perform in a fast-paced environment
Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from front line to senior executive
Always exhibit a polite and professional manner
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
