Our client is seeking a Senior Solutions Designer

Key Deliverables for Senior Solutions Designer Product Requirements:

Gather and analyze business needs to design SharePoint solutions, workflows, and integrations. Document functional and technical specifications, including use cases, diagrams, and testing plans.

Product Delivery:

Develop and implement SharePoint 2013/Online applications, custom web parts, and .NET components. Execute migrations using tools like ShareGate and ensure accessibility compliance (AODA). Deliver optimized solutions leveraging SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure Logic Apps.

Prioritization:

Manage multiple projects, balancing migration tasks, development activities, and testing requirements. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions while adhering to structured methodologies and OPS standards.

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to validate requirements and resolve issues. Facilitate JAD sessions, walkthroughs, and governance reviews. Communicate technical approaches effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must haves:

MS SharePoint 2013, SharePoint Online

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

Azure Logic Apps

.NET experience

Migrations, e.g. using Sharegate migration tool

Power Apps and Power Automate

Azure Logic Apps workflows

XML

MS Web Services

SharePoint Webparts such KWIZcom webparts

Experience in programming and analysis at the specified experience level

Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications and web sites
