The SuccessFactors HR Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of the SuccessFactors BizX Suite, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of SuccessFactors BizX applications. The consultant will configure SuccessFactors and assist clients in selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR applications.

A consultant in this area will be responsible for understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors to support business needs. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development, and performance measurement. He/she will provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within the context of the role. They will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members. This role assists clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. They use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client9s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.

Preferred Education Associate's Degree/College Diploma

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

SuccessFactors LMS Mastery training

At least two end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations

Deep SuccessFactors administration and provisioning expertise in LMS

Proficient knowledge of XML

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely

Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, superior communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

SAP HR Module Knowledge: Exposure to SAP HR modules, Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance and Goals Management, Learning Management Systems, etc.

Additional Consulting Skills: Exposure to specialized consulting skills, such as change management, to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client\'s business environment.

Industry Knowledge: Exposure to industry-specific HR processes and best practices to provide tailored solutions for clients.

Previous employment in a Human Resources-related capacity; functional roles in Learning & Knowledge are a strong plus
