Vice President, Recruitment Services at Vaco Our client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience, to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis across multiple databases. The role will focus on consolidating data using advanced Excel techniques and delivering meaningful insights to support strategic decision‑making.

It is a 3‑month contract and will require working in office at Bathurst and College, 2–3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Extract and manipulate data from multiple databases and data sources

Perform ETL work primarily using advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)

Analyze data trends and prepare clear, actionable insights for leadership

Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports (Power BI or similar)

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and refine outputs

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivots, complex formulas, data analysis)

Experience with databases and analytical tools (Python and/or Power BI preferred)

Strong data interpretation and problem‑solving skills

A background in finance/accounting is an asset but not required.

Ability to work independently in a short‑term, delivery‑focused engagement
