Responsibilities

Lead client engagements to gain a deep understanding of their business models, system landscapes, and operational challenges, ensuring optimal utilization of NetSuite capabilities while identifying business benefits and use cases to develop comprehensive roadmaps that align with their strategic goals.

Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and optimization projects from both functional and technical perspectives, implementing NetSuite solutions that maximize business value.

Coordinate project activities across departments, including Delivery, Project Management, Software Factory, Data Analytics, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project outcomes and seamless execution.

Support NetSuite consultants in researching and evaluating potential solutions to address customer requirements.

Design and architect custom solutions that meet specific customer needs while ensuring scalability.

Develop and conduct technical proof-of-concepts to demonstrate solution viability and value to clients.

Support sales lifecycle through scoping exercises, requirements gathering activities, solution design workshops, demos showcasing NetSuite capabilities, and developing proof of concepts.

Provide coaching and mentorship to other consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and professional development.

Develop strategic partnerships with other NetSuite ecosystem partners.

Required Expertise

Experience in planning and executing complex ERP projects

Strong customer experience focus, industry expertise is a plus

Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine the best course of action.

Works well in a team environment and can work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.

Ability to communicate with business stakeholders as well as with technical teams to ensure the solutions defined are well‑scoped, developed, and implemented.

Thrives in uncertain environments and is capable of pinpointing issues and defining next steps to resolve them.

Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment with multiple team members.

Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Experience in process reengineering, designing, and implementing system solutions.

Technical Requirements

Deep understanding of financial and accounting processes and leading practices

5 years of Experience in ERP system implementations and business process optimization.

Experience with integration technology (iPaaS, API, ETL).

A passion for customer success, long‑term relationship building, and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications / NetSuite ERP Consultant certification / Experience with EPM toolsets / Avalara certification
