Job Description

Venor is proud to partner with

Introhive

on their search for a

Senior Product Security Engineer

to join their team in Atlantic Canada!

Founded in 2012, Introhive is an AI-powered Relationship Intelligence platform helping firms break down data silos and unlock actionable insights that drive collaboration and growth. Recognized as a category leader in sales intelligence and data quality management software by G2, named a Top 10 Fastest Growing Technology Company in Deloitte’s Fast 50 Awards three years running, and awarded the 2020 MarTech Breakthrough Award for Best CRM Innovation, Introhive continues to scale globally.

Trusted by leading brands such as KPMG, Freshfields, CBRE, and Deloitte, Introhive supports more than 250,000 users across 90+ countries. Their continued growth is driven by a strong engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, and meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do As Senior Product Security Engineer, you will help shape and scale the company’s product security program across application security, cloud security, and security architecture. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with meaningful ownership and influence, partnering closely with Engineering and DevOps teams to ensure security is embedded into design, development, and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Lead secure architecture reviews and threat modeling for new features, major changes, and sensitive workflows, translating findings into practical mitigations teams can implement.

Build and evolve secure-by-default “paved road” standards, reusable components, and guardrails that make the secure path the easiest path.

Integrate and tune automated security controls within CI/CD pipelines to prevent vulnerabilities from reaching production.

Perform targeted code reviews and security assessments in high-risk areas.

Improve and scale vulnerability management processes, including intake, prioritization, remediation tracking, and recurrence prevention.

Partner with DevOps and platform teams to harden cloud infrastructure, IAM, Kubernetes environments, and deployment pipelines.

Strengthen supply chain and third-party risk management through scalable workflows and automation.

Define outcome-based security metrics to prioritize the highest-impact risk reduction initiatives.

Implement AI-assisted security workflows to enhance detection, reduce noise, and accelerate remediation—while maintaining strong human oversight.

Support triage of infrequent product-impacting security events and embed post-incident learnings into preventative controls.

Mentor engineers, provide clear standards and documentation, and foster a culture of shared ownership for product security.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in product security, application security, security engineering, or as a software engineer/architect with significant security ownership.

Strong application security fundamentals, including deep familiarity with common web and API vulnerability classes (e.g., OWASP Top Ten) and secure coding practices.

Experience leading threat modeling exercises and secure design reviews across complex systems and integrations.

Cloud and container security experience, including identity and IAM patterns and Kubernetes-adjacent controls suitable for production environments.

A product-minded approach to security, with the ability to prioritize based on risk and customer impact and clearly articulate trade-offs.

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, build trust with developers, and create enablement that teams adopt.

Hands-on experience building or extending security tooling and CI/CD integrations; preference for scalable, automated controls over manual processes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear standards, actionable findings, and concise architectural feedback.

Curiosity, initiative, and a proactive mindset toward emerging threats and evolving security practices.

Security certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, cloud security certifications) are considered an asset, though demonstrated impact is valued most.

Why Introhive At Introhive, people are empowered to do their best work in an environment built on trust, ownership, and collaboration. The team values outcomes over hours, curiosity over perfection, and collaboration over ego. Engineers are given meaningful ownership, opportunities for growth, and the support needed to build impactful solutions at scale.

Our Commitment to Belonging At Venor and Introhive, we embrace a culture of belonging in the workplace. No matter who you are, where you’re from, how you think, what you believe in, or who you love, we welcome your application. We all come from different backgrounds and different walks of life, bringing unique perspectives and experiences. We encourage applications from 2SLGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC), women, newcomers to Canada, and people with disabilities.
