We’re searching for a Utah-based Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Engineering team, so that we can build scalable, cloud-native applications that support safer healthcare delivery and operational excellence. The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement robust backend systems, solve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high-quality software aligned with RLDatix’s mission.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Designing scalable software solutions using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core to meet evolving business needs

Building microservices and REST APIs to support enterprise‑grade applications

Deploying containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes on AWS infrastructure

Implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure reliable, frequent software releases

Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

Senior‑level software engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise‑grade environments

Strong background in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Hands‑on experience deploying and building applications on AWS (transitioned from on‑prem/Azure)

Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases

Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other CI tools

Exposure to healthcare, compliance, or security‑focused products is a plus

Experience working in collaborative, Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

Ability to commute to Salt Lake City office 2–3 days a week

A knack for working independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment
