Communications & Partnership Team Lead Location:

Woodlands Working Days and time:

Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 6pm. Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm After confirmation 2 days WFH (Monday & Wednesday) Salary :

$4500 - $5000.

Job Description & Requirements The Communications and Partnerships Team Lead reports to the Director of Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships and is responsible for driving communications efforts and supporting fundraising initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategic messaging, managing corporate branding, and supporting donor and stakeholder engagement. The Team Lead will oversee content creation, media relations, and partnership development to enhance the company’s visibility.

Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Communications & Branding

Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate identity (CI) for the company, ensuring consistency across all subsidiary brands and programs.

Oversee the organization’s content strategy, ensuring messages are delivered through data‑analysis and visual materials.

Lead the planning and execution of multi‑channel communications campaigns (e.g., digital, print, PR).

Ensure all internal and external communications align with the company’s values and organizational priorities.

Provide guidance to program teams on branding, positioning, and crisis response.

Fundraising Communications & Donor Engagement

Develop and implement communication strategies to support fundraising efforts.

Produce content for donor outreach, impact reports, and fundraising materials.

Ensure messaging across fundraising initiatives and events.

Media & Stakeholder Relations

Manage relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage.

Serve as the contact for media inquiries, preparing press releases, media kits, and talking points.

Manage crisis communication activities.

Other Responsibilities

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills Required

Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, public relations or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience (including 2 years in a managerial role).

Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing strategies.

Ability to produce written content for multiple formats.

Project management experience.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, and CMS).

Experience in media relations and crisis communication.
