Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain scalable data tables and models in Snowflake for cross-team analyses

Create robust dashboards and visualizations in ThoughtSpot or similar tools to empower business users

Analyze complex data sets to provide strategic insights and present findings to senior management

Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvements in analytics infrastructure

Mentor and guide other analysts to enhance team quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience as a product or product analyst, with a bachelor’s degree in a business or quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience in the technology industry, particularly in a direct-to-consumer business

Advanced SQL expertise, preferably with Snowflake

Strong experience with clickstream data and web analytics

Proven ability to build scalable dashboards using ThoughtSpot or similar BI tools

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)

Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to VP+ audiences

Demonstrated business acumen and systems-thinking ability
