Principal Cloud Engineer (Senior/Lead)

Lead the architecture of "Always-On" event-driven ecosystems that power real-time organizational intelligence. This principal role owns distributed systems design, Kafka/Solace streaming platforms, and Kubernetes-orchestrated microservices at enterprise scale.

Event-Driven Platforms

Kafka: Multi-DC clusters, MirrorMaker2, Schema Registry, exactly-once semantics

Solace: PubSub+ event mesh, dynamic topics, guaranteed delivery

MQ: High-availability queueing, XA transactions, JMS standards

Cloud-Native Infrastructure

Docker: Multi-stage builds, security scanning, registry management

IaC: Terraform, Bicep, Azure Policy as Code

REST Standards: OpenAPI 3.0, OAuth2/JWT, API gateway patterns

Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger distributed tracing

Required Expertise (6-10 years)

3+ years production Kafka (KRaft mode, tiered storage, Connect framework)

2+ years Kubernetes (AKS cluster management, HPA/VPA, network policies)
